Custom Website Maintenance is provided in a monthly reoccurring contract.
- Website Maintenance:
- WP Core & Plugin Updates on monthly basis
- Up to 3 hours support
- Above with 8 hour response time (ADS business hours) per month

Any emails sent to personal business accounts may have a delayed response.
Office hours:
Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm
Friday 9am – 4.30pm
The hours are only for each month and are not cumulative. Each call/email on a new topic is a minimum of 30mins. Time is inclusive of zoom call, email responses, research and any phone calls.
Additional hours per month can be added on at additional cost, depending on availability.
